Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Wojo Wear is not responsible if an item is not delivered by a specific date. Returns and refunds will not be approved in this circumstance.
We offer returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Store credit never expires and is issued instantly once your return is accepted. The customer will only receive store credit for the returned item(s), which does not include shipping fees. We do not issue refunds back to your original method of payment.
If your return is eligible, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping fees of the returned product(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Do not include additional items not listed in the return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
The following items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges: Hats, Dab Mats, Stickers, Final Sale Items, Gift Cards, or custom products like special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be given a store credit code to use on future purchases. Do not share this code with anyone. Your store credit code never expires.
Keep in mind, in no event is Wojo Wear obligated to refund any purchase.
Preorders
If you decide to Preorder an item on our website, please note the following:
- Payment is charged immediately at checkout, not when the item ships.
- Preorders are FINAL SALE. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted.
- If you need to cancel or update your preorder in any way, please email us before the preorder window has closed at hello@wojoco.com. Once the window closes, your order is locked in.
- If you are ordering a Preorder item with an In-Stock item, you will only be charged shipping once. We will not charge you again once your Preorder has shipped.
